Service providers used by ApplyOS
ApplyOS uses the providers below to run the product. Which provider processes data depends on the feature you use. This list is intended to make the product's infrastructure and AI/search processing visible.
Vercel
What it does
Runs the ApplyOS web application and stores uploaded candidate files in a private Blob store.
Data that may be processed
Application requests and runtime metadata; uploaded resumes and other candidate files when you choose to upload them.
Neon
What it does

Data that may be processed
Profile information, evidence and claims, Search Plan settings, role decisions, applications, product state and file metadata.
Supabase
What it does
Provides sign-in and session management.
Data that may be processed
Authentication identity and session data, including the email address used to sign in where applicable.
Cloudflare
What it does
Runs AI inference used for CV and job parsing, evidence matching and application preparation.
Data that may be processed
The text required for a specific inference task. This can include career information from a CV, job-posting text, confirmed evidence and draft application text.
ApplyOS currently routes both AI tiers through Cloudflare Workers AI using GLM 4.7 Flash, with automatic Anthropic fallback disabled. Cloudflare states that Workers AI customer content is not used to train the models it makes available or to improve Cloudflare or third-party services without explicit consent. Cloudflare data-usage documentation
Tavily
What it does
Finds current job and hiring-post sources on the public web.
Data that may be processed
Search query text generated from the active Search Plan, such as target roles, locations and sourcing constraints. Uploaded CV files are not sent to Tavily as files.
Tavily states that it collects query data to provide search results and, depending on its contract and retrieval path, may use query data to improve responses or share query data with third-party search-index providers. ApplyOS therefore keeps Tavily use to sourcing queries rather than candidate document storage. Tavily privacy policy
Provider configuration can change as ApplyOS evolves. Material changes to the providers that handle candidate content will be reflected on this page.
